Reuel Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York.  Prior to forming Matthew & Guerrier (M&G), Matthew has over 12 years of experience practicing as a CPA for several top 25 CPA firms based in New York City.  Matthew has also sat on the board of several non-profit organizations such as Pat Johnson Scholarship Program, Inc., The Marion P. Thomas Charter School, and currently serves on the advisory board for ElevateHer International, Inc. 

While working in corporate, Matthew also created and grew several businesses as "side hobbies" including a successful apparel brand whose designs were featured on several celebrities and media platforms such as the Breakfast Club and he also created a music recording company which helped produce and copyright music for several recording artists and published original music on various streaming platforms.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Baruch College in New York City.  

Frantz Guerrier is a certified tax and finance professional with experience working with broker dealers and over 15+ years of family office and wealth management experience serving high net worth individuals in the state of Pennsylvania. Prior to forming Matthew & Guerrier (M&G), Frantz ran his own professional service firm in PA for over 10+ years, providing family office, wealth advisory, tax and publishing services to the people of Pennsylvania.  Guerrier is a tax preparer and financial adviser within the state of Pennsylvania.

Guerrier also created a successful publishing company which has published over 40+ books and manuscripts and worked as a music producer publishing original music on various streaming platforms.

Guerrier earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Baruch College in New York City.
